Oulu Airport

Oulu has a single, compact passenger terminal combining domestic and international processing in one building. Check-in, security and boarding gates are all within the same terminal footprint; the layout is easy to navigate on foot and transfer times are short.

There are not multiple terminals to transfer between, so airside transfer is simply a short walk between gates.

Public transport is available between the airport and Oulu city centre; travel time to the centre is typically about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis and private car are faster but more expensive.

• Driving: The airport is roughly a 15-25 minute drive from Oulu centre by main roads; parking is available at the terminal.

Oulu Airport offers basic regional-airport facilities: cafés and a small selection of shops, free Wi‑Fi, baggage trolleys and accessible services. Power outlets and seating are available but limited near gates.

There are no large on-site hotels at Oulu Airport; most accommodation is in Oulu city centre, about a 15-25 minute drive from the terminal. Park-and-ride and regular taxis are the usual ways to reach city hotels.
