Otočić Bisaga is a small islet in Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia, at 43.8092° N, 15.28271° E. It is one of many minor rocky islets scattered in the central Dalmatian part of the Adriatic Sea.
The islet exhibits the typical karstic and rocky shoreline characteristics of Dalmatian islets and does not show evidence of major infrastructure. It is chiefly relevant to local boating, navigation and coastal ecology rather than formal tourism amenities.
