Ons’ Lieve Heer op Solder (Our Lord in the Attic) is a 17th-century canal house in central Amsterdam that contains a hidden Catholic church in its attic, now preserved as a museum. The attic church was created during a period when public Catholic worship was restricted and the concealed chapel remained in use for centuries.

The museum shows the domestic rooms of the house and the liturgical attic chapel with original-style furnishings and period decoration, providing a rare intact example of clandestine urban worship. The property was later opened to the public to illustrate Amsterdam’s religious history and the city’s 17th-century canal-house architecture.

The site is in Amsterdam’s historic centre close to the Red Light and Dam Square areas, easily reachable on foot from central city landmarks.
