Home to the world’s 15th largest natural bay, Roxas is surrounded by natural beauty and has won the Regional Cleanest and Greenest Component City in the Western Visayas Award several times.
Most visitors to Roxas head straight to the large and lovely Baybay Beach, where the sand is golden and the sea a clear aquamarine. There are plenty of beach bars here serving drinks and beach snacks throughout the day and into the evening, and this is a good place to spend the entire day.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a lot else to do in the area, so if you’re not a beach bunny and don’t fancy scuba diving or snorkeling you might want to head for one of the more diverse cities in the Philippines.
