How to Get to Ólafsvík

Ólafsvík on the Snæfellsnes peninsula is reached most reliably from Keflavík (KEF) or Reykjavík by road. There are no trains and public buses to the peninsula are limited outside summer, so renting a car is the most practical option for independent travel.

By Air

Keflavík International Airport (KEF): KEF is the main international gateway to Iceland.
