How to Get to Mount Worth State Park#

The park is approximately 20-30 minutes’ drive from the town of Warragul; follow local roads and signage from the Princes Freeway (M1) toward Drouin-Warragul and then east into the park access roads.

Tips for Visiting Mount Worth State Park#

  • Late afternoon light makes the cliffs and rainforest glow-time short walks for that hour.
  • Look for lyrebirds and small rainforest birds, especially in the gullies and fern thickets.
  • Avoid tracks after heavy rain when paths can be slippery and creek crossings hazardous.
