Valencia Airport (VLC): Valencia is the most convenient major airport for Montanejos. From Valencia you can take a train or bus to Castellón/Segorbe area and then a local bus or taxi for the final leg; the total journey time by public transport is typically 2.5-4 hours depending on connections. Intercity train Valencia→Castellón takes about 1-1.5 hours with fares commonly €6-€15; the onward bus to Montanejos is usually around €8-€15 and takes another 1-1.5 hours.

Castellón-Costa Azahar Airport (CDT): Castellón airport has limited services; if available it shortens the road transfer but scheduled flights are few.

By Train & Bus

Train: Take RENFE or regional trains to Castellón de la Plana (or Valencia) depending on origin. From Castellón/Valencia you need a bus or taxi to reach Montanejos - trains do not serve the village directly.
