Mélykút is a small town in southern Hungary's Bács-Kiskun County; access is normally via Kiskunhalas or Baja by regional train or bus from Budapest or Szeged, with a short local bus or taxi transfer for the final leg.
Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD): For Bács-Kiskun County and Mélykút, most international arrivals use Budapest and continue by rail or road. From Budapest the journey to Kiskunhalas or Baja by train/bus usually takes 2-3 hours; from those hubs you can reach Mélykút by local bus or taxi (short final-leg).
Szeged / Regional Airports: Szeged is a nearer regional hub for southern Hungary with limited international flights; travelers often use Szeged or Budapest then continue by train/bus to the Kiskunság area.
