Manosque is served by regional TER rail and buses and is most easily reached via Marseille Provence Airport (MRS). For on-the-ground travel, regional trains and buses provide practical links; a car is handy for exploring the Luberon and Verdon areas.

By Air

Marseille Provence Airport (MRS): Marseille is the main airport for Manosque. From MRS you can take an airport shuttle or bus to Aix-en-Provence (about 25-35 min, €8-€12) and then a TER train to Manosque (total journey ~1h15-1h40, combined fares typically €12-20).

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE): Nice is another option (especially for low-cost carriers), but it’s farther: expect ~2-2.5 hours by car or a mix of TGV/TER and local connections; fares and times vary by routing.

By Train & Bus

Train: Manosque has a station (Gare de Manosque-Gréoux-les-Bains) on the regional TER Provence network with services toward Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Digne-les-Bains. Typical Marseille-Manosque journey times are around 1h15-1h50, fares commonly €8-15 depending on advance purchase.
