From Neustadt follow L514 toward Eschbach and then local forest roads; parking is usually along the village streets in Eschbach. There is a marked footpath from the village up to the ruin (allow 30-45 minutes on foot). Public transport is limited; the closest regional rail station is Neustadt (Weinstr) Hauptbahnhof, from which taxis or local buses cover the last stretch.
