Lubiąż Abbey

Lubiąż Abbey is a former Cistercian monastery in Lower Silesia, Poland, notable for its very large monastic complex and Baroque-era interiors. The site includes a grand abbey church and extensive conventual buildings that reflect centuries of monastic development.

Visitors can see the large ceremonial halls, ornate stucco and fresco work from the Baroque period and the spatial scale of the cloistered complex that made it an important religious and cultural centre. The architecture blends medieval monastic planning with later Baroque additions and decorative schemes.
