It sits at the junction of the Sava and Danube rivers just northeast of central Belgrade, forming part of the riverine landscape close to the city and the industrial suburbs of Zemun and Pane8vo.

It is accessible only by boat from Belgrade’s river quays (Zemun/old Danube area); small private or charter boats from Zemun typically take around 10-20 minutes depending on departure point and river conditions. From central Belgrade the drive to the Zemun quay is generally 10-20 minutes.
