Madrid’s Liria Palace houses the House of Alba’s collection of paintings, tapestries and 18th-century interiors; guided tours require advance booking and concentrate on aristocratic history and decorative arts.
The Liria Palace (Palacio de Liria) is a late 18th-century palace in central Madrid and serves as the Madrid residence of the Dukes of Alba. It is notable for containing a large private art collection and family archives.

Guided visits show principal state rooms and selected works from the collection; public access is restricted and typically organised as timed tours.
Construction took place in the late 18th century for members of the Alba family. The building was severely damaged during the Spanish Civil War and underwent major restoration and conservation work in the 20th century to repair structural and decorative losses.
The building stands in central Madrid near the Plaza de la Lealtad and the Paseo de Recoletos, within walking distance of major city boulevards and museums.
