Lake Solina is an artificial reservoir in southeastern Poland created by damming the San River; it lies in a hilly, forested area near the Bieszczady range and is a major regional recreational centre. The reservoir and adjacent resorts attract swimmers, boaters and anglers.
The lake’s shoreline includes beaches, marinas and holiday facilities with summer boat cruises and water sports focused around the main resort settlements. The area is also popular in shoulder seasons for scenic driving and lakeside walking.
