Lake Levico is a small lake in the Valsugana valley of Trentino, northern Italy, adjacent to the town of Levico Terme. It is a well-used local recreational lake noted for swimming and lakeside promenades.

How to Get to Lake Levico #
Lago di Levico lies at the town of Levico Terme in Valsugana, Trentino. By car follow the SS47 (Strada Statale 47 della Valsugana) east from Trento for roughly 20-30 km to Levico Terme; from the town centre the lake is immediately adjacent to the promenade.
Levico Terme has a local railway station and regular regional bus connections; the station/town centre is only a short walk (about 10-15 minutes) to the lake shore and local parks.
Tips for Visiting Lake Levico #
- Aim for early morning or late afternoon in summer to catch calm water and quieter lakeside promenades; the busiest stretch is the town's lakeside Lido area around mid-day.
- Access the lake from Levico Terme town center where public parking and the main promenade put you immediately at the water; arriving via the town is easier than trying to park at smaller roadside pullouts.
- Walk or cycle the lakeside path rather than stopping only at the main lidos-short circuits on the quieter eastern shore reveal small beaches, viewpoints and parkland most day visitors miss.
- If you want fewer people, visit in late spring or early September when the weather is pleasant but the day-trip crowds from larger Trentino towns have faded.
