From Plön Bahnhof, take local buses or a short taxi ride to lakeside access points; many walking and cycling paths connect Plön with the Kleiner Plöner See along local roads (B76 and L44 near the town). Driving from Kiel takes about 35-40 minutes via B404 and B76.
