How to Get to Jessheim#
Jessheim sits immediately south of Oslo Airport (OSL) and has excellent rail and bus links to Oslo and the airport. It is one of the easiest Norwegian towns to reach from an international flight.
Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL): Jessheim is very close to Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) - the airport is the fastest gateway. From Gardermoen you can reach Jessheim by local train or taxi in about 10-20 minutes.
Sandefjord / Torp (TRF) or Oslo city airports: For some travellers Torp or other regional airports are alternatives, but Gardermoen is the most convenient for Jessheim.
Train: Jessheim Station is on the Gardermoen Line with frequent commuter (Vy) services to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) taking around 25-30 minutes and quick connections to the airport; some regional trains also call at Jessheim.
Bus: Local Ruter buses serve Jessheim and provide connections to neighbouring villages and parts of Ullensaker municipality. Buses are scheduled to coordinate with train services for commuter traffic.
