Isla de Lobos is a small island off the coast of Maldonado Department near Punta del Este, Uruguay, notable for large breeding colonies of marine mammals. It is one of the best-known wildlife sites on Uruguay’s Atlantic coast.

The island is visited primarily for wildlife viewing - most notably colonies of South American sea lions and South American fur seals that haul out on its shores. Tour operators run short boat trips from Punta del Este that allow close views of the animals; there are no regular public facilities on the island.

Historically the island was frequented by fishermen and sealers; over time it has become a site for controlled wildlife tourism and conservation. It is managed to limit disturbance to the breeding colonies.

Geographically the island lies approximately 8 km east-southeast of Punta del Este, sitting on the continental shelf in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean. Visits are weather-dependent and typically operate from the nearby port towns on the Maldonado coast.
