A high mountain in the Schober Group, Hochschober is frequented by alpine climbers and trekkers using mountain huts to access glacial cirques and sharp ridges.
Hochschober is a mountain in western Austria and part of the Alpine system. It is a well-known summit within its local mountain group but not a globally famous peak.
