How to Get to Hirtshals#
Hirtshals is a northern Jutland port town with strong ferry connections to Norway and good rail/bus links south to Aalborg and the Danish network. The Hirtshals-Hjørring rail shuttle connects with wider Danish services.
Aalborg Airport (AAL): Aalborg is the nearest major airport with regular domestic and some international flights. From Aalborg you can travel to Hirtshals by train or bus via Hjørring; total travel time is roughly 1.5-2 hours depending on connections. Rental cars and taxis are also available at the airport.
