Heuneburg

Heuneburg is an archaeological hillfort and ancient settlement near Hundersingen in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, associated with the early Celtic (Hallstatt and La Tène) period. The site is notable for its fortified plateau, settlement terraces and evidence of long-distance trade with Mediterranean cultures.
