Fondaco dei Turchi is a historic palazzo on the Grand Canal in Venice, Veneto, Italy, originally built in the medieval period and later repurposed as a commercial residence for foreign merchants. The building is notable for its canal-front facade and its current civic use.

The stone façade and arched windows are the main visual attractions from the water; the palazzo now houses Venice’s Natural History Museum, which presents regional natural history collections and is the building’s primary public use.

Constructed in the medieval era, the palazzo was later adapted as a fondaco - a combined warehouse and living quarters - associated in subsequent centuries with merchants from the Ottoman world. The structure has undergone restorations while retaining its characteristic canal-facing architecture.

It sits directly on the Grand Canal a short walk from the city rail station and the Rialto area, making it easily reached as part of a central Venice walking route.
