Drachenfels is a prominent hill in the Siebengebirge on the east bank of the River Rhine near Königswinter, Germany, rising to about 321 metres above sea level. It is known for castle ruins on the summit and 19th-century hilltop architecture on its slopes.

The summit plateau features the Drachenfels castle ruins and broad viewpoints over the Rhine and surrounding hills, with panorama platforms and interpretive signage. Below the summit lies Schloss Drachenburg, a grand 19th-century villa completed in the early 1880s and preserved as a museum and event venue.

A medieval castle was constructed on the summit in the Middle Ages; its ruins remain a visible landmark. In the late 19th century the area saw renewed development for leisure and tourism, including construction of Schloss Drachenburg and the Drachenfelsbahn rack railway.

Drachenfels stands on the eastern bank of the Rhine near Königswinter, roughly 12 kilometres southeast of Bonn, within the low wooded hills of the Siebengebirge.
