How to Get to Dongosaru#
Dongosaru (Sonsorol) is one of Palau’s remote outer islands and is reached from Koror by boat or special charter - there are no regular commercial flights. Visitors should plan carefully and book transfers well ahead of time.
Roman Tmetuchl International Airport (ROR): The international gateway for Palau, serving Koror and the nearby states. ROR is the entry point for visitors heading to Sonsorol and Dongosaru, though those outer islands are not served by regular international flights.
No nearby international alternatives: ROR is the practical airport for reaching Koror and arranging onward inter-island travel to remote states.
Train: There is no rail service in Palau.
