Djiru National Park is a protected area in Far North Queensland, Australia, conserving remnant coastal lowland rainforest and adjoining coastal habitats near the town of Mission Beach. It is part of the Wet Tropics region and protects habitat types that are uncommon on the coastal plain.
The park contains stands of lowland rainforest, mangroves and swamp forest that are important for rainforest biodiversity on the coastal strip. It is visited for short walks, birdwatching and observing coastal rainforest species in a relatively small, accessible area.
The area was set aside to protect remaining lowland rainforest fragments and coastal ecosystems from development on the coastal plain. Management focuses on conservation of native vegetation, threatened species and habitat connectivity with nearby conservation areas.
Djiru National Park sits on the Cassowary Coast between Innisfail and Tully in far north Queensland, close to the community of Mission Beach and the Coral Sea coast.
