Dirfi (Mount Dirfys) is the highest mountain on the Greek island of Euboea (Evia), reaching an elevation of approximately 1,743 metres. It is the island’s principal upland landmark and a focal point for local outdoor recreation.
The mountain features a mixture of rocky summits, forested slopes and upland meadows, and it is used for hiking and day trips by residents and visitors. Trail networks and local paths lead to the summit area and to prominent viewpoints.
Dirfi functions as a natural high point for the island with long-standing local use for grazing and seasonal activities; it remains a popular hiking destination rather than a developed resort.
The peak is located in central Euboea and is accessible by road from several coastal and inland towns on the island.
