Château de Combourg

The Château de Combourg is a medieval castle in Combourg, in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, best known for its association with the writer François-René de Chateaubriand. The site dates back to the medieval period and has been linked to the Chateaubriand family for centuries.
