How to Get to Calvi, Haute-Corse

Calvi is chiefly accessed by its small airport or by seasonal ferries. On Corsica, rental cars and taxis are the most reliable ways to explore beyond town; public buses are useful but often seasonal.

By Air

Calvi - Sainte-Catherine (CLY): Calvi has its own airport located very close to the town (a short drive). Taxis from the airport to Calvi centre take around 5-10 minutes and are inexpensive; rental cars are available for island exploration.

Bastia-Poretta (BIA): Bastia is the main mainland Corsican international airport (≈1-1.5 hours by road depending on route). You can drive from Bastia to Calvi (via the interior or coastal roads) or combine ferry and rail/bus legs depending on schedules.

By Train & Bus
