Caha Mountains

The Caha Mountains are a compact mountain range on the Beara peninsula in southwest Ireland, straddling County Cork and County Kerry. The range is notable for its exposed ridges and upland moorland scenery.

Walkers use short ridge routes and the Healy Pass roadway to access high viewpoints and panoramic coastal views; the highest summit is Hungry Hill at 685 metres. The terrain is a mix of peatland and rocky ridges with open, often exposed walking conditions.
