Bonn Minster (Bonner Münster) is a Roman Catholic church in the centre of Bonn with origins in the 11th century and is regarded as one of Germany’s older major churches. It is dedicated to Saints Cassius and Florentius and combines Romanesque and later Gothic elements.
The building’s principal features include a long nave in the Romanesque manner and a Gothic choir area added in later centuries. The exterior shows characteristic Romanesque massing with later stylistic additions; the church stands on Münsterplatz and is prominent in Bonn’s cityscape.
