Basilica of San Saturnino in Cagliari, Sardinia, is an early Christian church complex and one of the island’s oldest ecclesiastical sites, with origins in late antiquity. It is associated with the cult of Saint Saturninus and preserves architectural and archaeological evidence of early Christian worship.

Visitors can see elements of an early basilica plan, surviving columns and capitals, and exposed archaeological layers that reveal building phases from the late Roman period onward. The remains illustrate continuity of use and later medieval modifications.

The basilica was founded in late antiquity and underwent repeated alterations over the medieval and later periods; archaeological investigation has clarified earlier phases beneath the standing fabric.

The church stands in the Stampace area of Cagliari, close to the city center and within easy walking distance of other Roman and medieval monuments in the historic core.
