Bratislava (BTS): Bratislava Airport is one of the closer international airports (≈120-150 km by road). From Bratislava you can drive or take rail/bus connections toward Zvolen and then a local bus to Banská Štiavnica; driving takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on route and traffic.
