The Ballyhoura Mountains are a low mountain range on the border of counties Limerick and Cork in the province of Munster, Ireland, known for outdoor recreation and forestry.

The area is used for walking, hill-walking and mountain-biking, with a network of maintained trails through heath, upland grassland and commercial forestry; the range is characterised by rounded peaks rising to roughly 400-600 metres.
