Antas (Almería) is best reached by car from Almería Airport or by bus/taxi from Almería city. Public transport exists but is limited - renting a car gives the most flexibility for visiting the municipality and surrounding beaches/countryside.
Almería Airport (LEI): Almería Airport is the closest commercial airport to Antas in Almería province. From LEI you can rent a car (recommended) or take a taxi; driving time to Antas is about 35-45 minutes (~40-50 km). Taxi fares vary but expect around €40-60 for a fixed airport transfer.
