TravelDojo is built on top of third-party datasets - government feeds, open scientific data, and community-curated knowledge bases. Sources that require attribution under their license have it collected here.

Travel alerts & advisories

Real-time travel safety information - government advisories, natural-disaster monitoring, disease outbreaks, and civil-unrest signal. Refreshed regularly by background jobs.

Headlines on the travel-news lists are selected from the public feeds of the outlets below and link straight to the publisher. We reproduce no article text. The full, current list lives in the news source registry and grows as country desks are added.

  • Country newspapers (e.g. Bangkok Post), official tourism boards (e.g. TAT Newsroom), aviation and travel-trade media, and selected blogs. Stories are chosen for traveller relevance and summarised in our own words.
