Less developed than the resort coast, Choiseul's southwest is rural, craft-oriented and good for slowing the pace. It is a practical area for viewpoints towards the Pitons and for travelling by road between Soufrière and the south. Carry cash and plan meals ahead, as services can be limited outside the main settlements.
