If any portion of these T&Cs shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws, such provision shall be fully severable, these T&Cs shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of these T&Cs, and the remaining provisions of these T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or by its severance here-from.
No failure or delay by Travelotica in exercising any rights, power, or remedy under these T&Cs shall operate as a waiver of any such right, power, or remedy. Travelotica may assign its rights under these T&Cs to any party without your consent. We shall be excused for any problem due to a factor beyond our control. Our suppliers are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.
These T&Cs shall inure to the benefit of Travelotica, its successors and assigns. This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, JV, employment or franchise relationship. Because you are not an employee, minimum wage laws do not apply to your relationship with Travelotica.
The headings used in this User Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
The User or visitor to the Service acknowledges that any and all of the copyright, trademarks, and patents of Travelotica contained on the Service are owned and the sole property of Travelotica. These intellectual property rights shall not be exploited, copied, used or download without obtaining prior written permission from Travelotica.
